Built by a bartender, for every bar.

Mike Henderson has spent 25 years behind bars - literally. Starting in the college bars of Madison, Wisconsin and working his way through some of Denver's most celebrated cocktail programs he built a reputation as one of Colorado's most respected bartenders and was a founding member of the Colorado Bartenders Guild.

For years as a consultant, Mike had a secret weapon. A house-made firewater he'd crafted from scratch - the simplest, most versatile way to make any cocktail spicy. Bars used it. Bartenders loved it. It found its way onto menus across Colorado without ever having a label on the bottle.

After years of watching it work, Mike realized: this belonged in every bar. So he dialed in the recipe, built the brand, and created something that any bartender working in a dive bar or a Michelin star could use.

Scoville Firewater isn't bitters. It isn't a tincture. It's firewater. From a Spicy Margarita to a Dirty Martini to a Bloody Mary, a few dashes is all it takes to make any cocktail spicy.
